Keep your employees healthy
Eat & Move yourself is a lifestye- and weight management programme. The programme consists out of an intense 3 month programme . There are two ways to follow this programme.
You can participate to a weekly group meeting that comes with an e-learning programme that can be followed online. You will have to weigh yourself each week on the same day and time. You will have then have to proceed to follow the e-learning process.

Healthy Cooking Class
The program contains a combination of theory about talent, behaviour and/or collaboration, explanation about nutrition, the kitchen and making the menu, jointly preparing the dishes and a reflection at the table, while everyone enjoys their own cooking. The length of time ranges from 4 to 6 hours, depending on the menu, the size of the group and the topics. Because; the work is always of high level.
